Since 1984, La Travers\u00e9e has helped tens of thousands of lives rebuild.<\/p><p><strong>Innovation<\/strong><br \/>Since 2023, we have coordinated and hosted the Centre de services int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en<br \/>violence sexuelle (CIViS), a project co-led with the CAVAC de la Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie and the<br \/>Agglomeration of Longueuil Police Department. This center enables the implementation of a continuum of intervention, thus facilitating the psycho-socio-legal trajectory and the therapeutic journey of victims of sexual violence.<\/p><p><strong>Excellence<\/strong><br \/>Joining La Travers\u00e9e means taking part in this unique project within a multidisciplinary<br \/>team to exchange, explore, collaborate and develop true cutting-edge expertise in the<br \/>field of sexual violence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-daf3cfd elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"daf3cfd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;_animation_delay&quot;:300}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Your responsabilites<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Pre-assess incoming requests and present the services of La Travers\u00e9e and CIViS.<\/li><li>Conduct intake assessments (impact and needs assessments) in collaboration with a CIViS intervention coordinator.<\/li><li>Open clinical files for clients and maintain the waitlist.<\/li><li>Assist clients in completing IVAC qualification applications.<\/li><li>Promote the various research projects in place at La Travers\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Support individuals as they come forward to disclose experiences of sexual violence at the CIViS.<\/li><li>Offer one-time psychosocial support sessions and regular psychosocial follow-ups to children, adolescents, and adults who are victims of sexual violence and their support persons.<\/li><li>Co-facilitate support and intervention groups for support persons.<\/li><li>Collaborate with psychotherapists.<\/li><li>Participate in team meetings.<\/li><li>Participate in meetings of psychosocial counsellors under the supervision of the director of clinical services.<\/li><li>Contribute to the improvement of the organization&#8217;s practices and procedures.<\/li><li>Perform various clinical-administrative tasks related to the CIViS partner network.<\/li><li>Any other related tasks.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef8cf79 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef8cf79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;_animation_delay&quot;:300}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Required profile<\/h3><ul><li>University degree in the human sciences (psychology, sexology, social work, criminology, psychoeducation, or another appropriate degree for the position)<\/li><li>Membership in your professional order<\/li><li>Good knowledge of the issue of sexual violence<\/li><li>Knowledge or interest in the socio-judicial process<\/li><li>Knowledge of issues relating to sexual exploitation (an asset)<\/li><li>Knowledge of intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder (an asset)<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li><li>Ease with electronic record keeping<\/li><li>Proficiency in Office tools<\/li><li>Ability to work in English (an asset)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b8b434 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b8b434\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;_animation_delay&quot;:300}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>La Travers\u00e9e offers you<\/h3><ul><li>5-day work week<\/li><li>Hybrid work mode: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
