These fraudulent emails, which appear to be genuine, are sent to obtain personal information from the recipients. To help protect you from such emails, La Traversée confirms that it will not contact you by email to request personal information—such as your contact details, date of birth, or credit card information—UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you receive an email that looks like La Traversée has sent it and that requests this type of information, do not reply! Please report the incident immediately at 450-465-5263 or info@latraversee.qc.ca.
